．Independently conduct company coverage within the technology sector and develop research views with a global investment perspective ．Collaborate closely with senior analysts to perform in-depth fundamental analysis across regions ．Generate investment ideas, identify industry trends, and support portfolio decision-making ．Collect, clean, and analyze company/industry data; build and maintain financial models ．Conduct market research and maintain industry contacts to enhance research insights ．Participate in global and regional company visits, channel checks, and industry events ．Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives ．Meet performance-based objectives and contribute proactively to team goals

．Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related financial fields ．1+ years of experience in sell-side/buy-side research, industry research, investment banking, or similar analytical roles ．Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation frameworks, and investment concepts ．Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability; able to form independent, well-supported views ．Fluent in English; overseas academic or working experience is a plus ．Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with fast-paced environments ．Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Wind, FactSet, or similar databases preferred ．Willing to travel to Mainland China for business trips
