．Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related financial fields ．1+ years of experience in sell-side/buy-side research, industry research, investment banking, or similar analytical roles ．Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation frameworks, and investment concepts ．Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability; able to form independent, well-supported views ．Fluent in English; overseas academic or working experience is a plus ．Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with fast-paced environments ．Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Wind, FactSet, or similar databases preferred ．Willing to travel to Mainland China for business trips

Documentation Specialist

．Oversee and facilitate documentation workflows for projects involving multiple jurisdictions ．Draft and organize agreements, corporate records, and regulatory documents, while ensuring accuracy and alignment across all versions ．Collaborate with the Legal team to support compliance activities, including preparation and submission of required documentation ．Manage periodic regulatory submissions (monthly, quarterly, annual) and coordinate communications with relevant authorities ．Ensure proper maintenance of document records through systematic filing, data updates, and document control practices ．Support the onboarding process for brokerage accounts, including preparation and verification of KYC documentation ．Provide administrative and documentation-related assistance in line with business and management needs

Investment Product Documentation Associate
