The Company may, under the following circumstances, retain or disclose content transmitted, posted, or published by members:
- When judicial or police authorities need it for a criminal investigation.
- When government authorities request it in accordance with legal procedures.
- When a member acts in violation of the law or the terms of service.
- To preserve the public welfare, or protect the rights of the Company or of another person.
- When explicitly authorized in advance by the member to do so.
- The Company may work with third parties to provide related web services to members. In such circumstances, if the third party agrees to bear equal responsibility with the Company to protect members' privacy, the Company may provide members' registration information to that third party.
